Anything can happen when Chicago-born and local blues man, Michael Jankovec goes on the air each morning. Join Mikey, Mary and a cast of characters as they discuss topics that range from fishing in Ely to buying fireworks in Jamaica and everything in between.

Shin-Dig-N with the Dog is an exploration of the Blues Genre as a whole. Named after house-rent parties that once flourished in the black neighborhoods of Chicago, Detroit, Washington D.C., and Harlem during the 1920s, 1930s and even into the 1940s where dozens of couples would cram into tiny apartments, and the sometimes painful results of dancing in such confined spaces led to the term "shin-digs". For the reasonable admission price of between ten cents and a dollar, plus the cost of liquor and food, guests could dance, drink, flirt, and gamble, while the hosts collected enough money to pay the landlord for another month. Hint Hint!!!
